Absolutely! We can customise according to your design drawings or samples, including fabric, size, printing, embroidery, and labels.
3.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies by product. For standard styles, the MOQ is generally 300 pieces per colour. Some in-stock items support lower MOQs (see product page for details).
4.Can I order a sample first?
Of course! Please contact us, and we'll arrange the sample quantity based on your needs and send it out as soon as possible.
5.How do I pay for the sample?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (TT), or ordering through the Made-in-China platform.
6.Can the sample include a logo?
Yes. If you need a logo added, please let us know the required technique (e.g. screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.).
7.What fabric and colour will the sample use?
We will do our best to find the fabric and colour you request. If an exact match is not available, we'll use standard materials for your confirmation.
8.What is your quality control process?
Each batch undergoes thorough inspection before packing. We can also assist in arranging third-party inspections if required.
9.Can you customise packaging and hang tags?
Yes, we support customisation of hang tags, woven labels, and carton labelling.
10.What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight or international express shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPEX, etc.
11.Can you provide export documents?
Yes, we can provide invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documentation.
12.Can I visit your factory or do a video inspection?
You're welcome to schedule a factory visit or arrange a video inspection-we'll fully support you.
